What is LaunchRepo?
LaunchRepo is a boilerplate for directory launches, built to turn an AI coding agent into a distribution machine. It ships as a private GitHub repo containing 275 platform playbooks, a product context template, agent rules and a submission tracker, so you can point Claude Code, Codex or Cursor at it and let the agent work through directories on your behalf. Instead of pasting the same copy into hundreds of forms, you describe your product once and the agent handles the rounds.

Product context template
A single product.json holds the facts, copy variants, assets and pricing your agent reads for every submission. Fill it in once per product and the agent has everything it needs.
Submission tracker
A submissions.csv tracks each listing through draft → submitted → live, with your agent recording evidence along the way. Submitted, pending and live are kept separate, so nothing gets marked done prematurely.
Agent instructions and browser setup
AGENTS.md and a runbook explain how to qualify a directory, avoid duplicates, handle captchas and know when to stop. BROWSER-SETUP.md connects the agent to your logged-in Chrome so OAuth, Gmail and captchas don't block a run.
