What is OpenLogi?

OpenLogi is a native, local-first alternative to Logitech Options+ built in Rust. It talks directly to your Logitech mouse over the HID++ protocol, letting you remap buttons, control DPI, and manage SmartShift without creating an account or sending telemetry anywhere. Everything runs on your machine, and your configuration lives in a plain config.toml file that you fully own.

Bind any of 44 built-in actions to each physical button, per device. You can also set custom shortcuts, launch apps, or trigger scripted actions — all through a clickable mouse diagram with per-button hotspots.

DPI control & presets

Set pointer resolution directly on the sensor over HID++ and cycle through your own presets. The DPI toggle action is built in, so switching sensitivity mid-task is instant.

SmartShift

Flip the wheel between ratchet and free-spin modes, or let it switch automatically based on scroll speed. This mirrors the behavior you'd expect from Options+, but without any cloud dependency.
