Create questions, candidates record on their schedule with no account. Review responses anytime and hire faster.
BafGo is an async video interview platform that lets you create structured questions, have candidates record responses on their own schedule without creating an account, and review those answers whenever you want. It replaces the traditional phone screen with a time-shifted, on-demand process that gives you real signal before you invest in a live meeting.
You create a set of questions that every candidate sees in the same order. This eliminates interviewer variance and the “I liked their energy” bias, giving you comparable signal across all applicants.
Candidates receive a link, record their answers on their own schedule, and do not need to create an account. The process removes scheduling loops and lets applicants participate when it’s convenient for them.
Reviewers watch responses on their own time, leave private notes visible only to themselves, and then align as a team before any calendar invite goes out. One shared decision without a meeting to coordinate it.
Video responses are preserved exactly as recorded — unfiltered and unscored — and then auto-delete after 30 days. No archive, no AI training, no data sold, and no third-party analytics.
“Every response is preserved exactly as recorded — unfiltered and unscored. Your read on a person is based on what they actually said.”
BafGo deliberately avoids scoring or filtering candidate answers. The hiring decision stays entirely with you, based on what the person actually said, not on an algorithm’s interpretation. This transparency extends to their security posture: they document what they do and what they haven’t done yet (no SOC 2 certification, no penetration test) rather than hiding it.
You want to replace phone screens with a structured, async process that gives you real signal before you commit to a live interview. It’s especially useful for teams that are tired of scheduling loops, want to compare candidate responses side by side, and prefer a tool that is private by default — no credit card required to start.
