What is HuddleMate?
HuddleMate is a real-time AI assistant that listens to your meetings, interviews, sales calls, and trivia rounds, then whispers the perfect response exactly when you need it. It works privately on your device, never joining the call, and stays invisible to screen sharing so no one knows you're using it. Upload your resume, job descriptions, or notes, and HuddleMate learns your story to deliver instant, personalized answers.
Who it's for
- Job seekers and interviewees — get structured, confident answers ready the moment a tough question lands.
- Sales and client-facing teams — keep key numbers, talking points, and product notes within instant reach during live calls.
- Trivia players and quiz enthusiasts — lean on real-time listening to answer questions as they come up.
Key features
Real-time transcription and instant responses
HuddleMate listens to your conversation and captures everything in real time, so it knows exactly what you need. Your answer then appears on screen, ready to speak out loud.
Custom knowledge from your own documents
You can add your resume, job descriptions, notes, or any information you want HuddleMate to remember. It learns your story so every answer references your own experience.
Multiple response formats
Need a quick answer? Use short mode. Want a detailed story? Switch to STAR format. You can choose the style that fits the moment.
Private, on-device listening
HuddleMate never "joins" or appears in your calls — it listens privately on your device. It stays completely hidden when you share your screen, so nobody sees it and nobody knows you're using it.
What stands out
Answer every question in your next meeting.
That promise is backed by a design choice that separates HuddleMate from typical meeting tools: it stays invisible to everyone except you. Because it listens on your device rather than joining the call, there's nothing to detect and nothing to explain. Add pay-for-what-you-use minutes and the ability to switch answer styles mid-conversation, and it's built for people who want support without the overhead.
Worth checking out if…
You want real-time help answering questions in interviews, sales calls, meetings, or trivia without anyone on the other end knowing. If you'd rather pay only for the minutes you actually use than commit to a monthly subscription, HuddleMate's Free plan offers 5 free minutes every hour, while Standard unlocks all features with minutes that never expire. And if staying invisible during screen sharing matters to you, this is worth a closer look.
